The staff was really kind. Had a really great stay overall. - the room I stayed was well cleaned. - the bath had a great view and wonderful beds. - Coffee & tea makers and a fridge were a plus. - It was in a remote location very close to the convention center.

Holes in the wall that need to be patched-"tacky" Lamp with plug and no outlet? What was that for. Decreased room lighting for reading and work.

Spacious club room. Evening drinks and snacks in club lounge were very good and staff very hospitable.

The location is perfect, just a short walk from Jubilee Theatre. Located in a downtown area close to the cultural district, museums, and the botanic garden.

Very noisy, it sounded like a daycare was above us or a maintence room, it was awful, noise all night long.

It's a good basic hotel with well cleaned rooms. The location is marvellous and fantastic, 1 mile from Sundance Square. There is a nice restaurant relatively near property.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable. the room had a good size bathroom, central heating, a private safe, and pay television. the hotel is located within walking distance from Fort Worth Convention Center.

The breakfast was satisfactory at the club, and the staff was supper friendly!

I had an amazing time staying at this lovely hotel! the breakfast at the club was satisfying. the rooms were spacious, well-stocked, and had a beautiful view. the location was perfect for exploring Fort Worth. Additionally, I discovered the Water Horse Pool Bar, which was just 1 mile away and offered a variety of drinks and shots.

The hotel's location is unbeatable, just a 10-15 minute walk from Sundance Square. It is very close to Arlington and all the shops in the area.

The rooms here are modern with nice decoration, stocked with amenities in a perfect location.

In my room, there was plenty of space and all the essentials I needed - coffee, a writing desk, and more! 🌟

The rooms were clean and spacious, with a great view of downtown and the water garden. The in-hotel pizza was amazing, and the common areas felt safe. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay great, especially Lois at check-in.

the place was exceptionally clean. the staff were superbly friendly. 3. I appreciated my brand-new room. 4. the bed was very comfy. 5. There was more than enough space. 6. the location was particularly good. 7. the food was outstanding and excellent. 8. Everything was simply great.

We had a great experience staying here! The location is perfect, being right near the downtown area and on the free trolley line. The staff went above and beyond with excellent service, including room service and wake-up calls. The in-room amenities were also a nice touch, including ironing facilities and an in-room safe. Additionally, the indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi were a great way to relax after a busy day of activities.

Highly recommend staying at this venue - you won't regret it!
